Our Founder
Sonya Weigle
Founder & CEO, The Catalytic Collective
Sonya is a 25-year life sciences executive and former Chief People & Investor Relations Officer at a publicly traded biotech. She has advised dozens of CEOs and investors on scaling companies tied to IND and financing milestones. Through The Catalytic Collective and NextStageBio Advisors, she now channels her expertise into guiding women leaders and founders to design their next chapter.
